Russian billet price raised to South East of Asia

The export billet pricw from russia to South East of Asian countries in the first quarter has been increased from 420$/ton "CFR" in last December to 460$/ton "CFR" now.
Currently, Brazilian export price of flat steel billet to Asia market was not as hectic as before.

Some producers in Japan take first priority to export finished products like hot rolled coils and reduce their export volume of semi-finished products in order to meet the soaring inquiries about finished products.

However, with the export price of HRC has surged to 600$/ton, the global price of steel billet will also reach at 500$/ton FOB.
