British oil movements foundation for consultancy said on Thursday that seaborne oil exports from the Organization of petroleum exporting countries (OPEC) except Angola & Ecuador will rise by 230 thousand barrels per day in four weeks until the 6th of February.
Foundation said in latest weekly report that the Organization will increase exports to 23.10 million barrels per day in average, of 22.87 million barrels per day in the four weeks ending on January 9.
According to estimates, with the rising of oil prices during 2009, obligation of organization countries with reductions decreased to below 60 percent of the level of commitment exceeding 80 percent in early 2009.
Roy Mason said oil movements that leap in seaborne exports in four weeks until sith February 6 partially reflect the large shipments return after a period of small shipments in January.
But numbers also consistent with further decline in the level of commitment of OPEC production quotas.
He said also "commitment of the countries of OPEC undo now to 55 percent or less".
